The Best Tip of the Week

This was sent to me by my friend Carol, who I don’t think originated it but deserves credit just the same.

Aluminum foil — great stuff, but sometimes it can be a pain.  You know, like when you are in the middle of doing something and you try to pull some foil out and the roll comes out of the box?  Then you have to put the roll back in the box and start over.  The roll always comes out at the wrong time.  Same thing with plastic wrap, right?

Well, look at the end of the box.  There is a tab that says “Press Here to Lock End.”  It’s on both ends.  And when you do, the roll is locked in place.  Go ahead and run into your kitchen and check, just like I did, and slap yourself upside the head that you never knew this was there.  Of, if you dare, leave a comment that you’ve known about this for years and the rest of us are just cabbage heads.
